Q1 : I need my course to be flexible.

We are very flexible. Design your perfect language learning programme, and we will deliver it!

Q2 : Can I start any Monday?

For one-to-one tuition, yes. For group tuition, we normally only accept enrolments for the start date of each course.

Top
Q3 : Can I choose my teacher?

This is not usually possible, because timetabling of teachers is very complicated. However, if you are having one-to-one tuition, we will match you with the best teacher for your individual needs.

Q4 : Do all your teachers have business experience?

Remember you are booking a course for business Spanish, not business studies. We believe it is the teacher's ability to teach the language that is most important, not the fact that they know something about finance because he or she worked in a bank. Our teachers know a lot about the language used in business, and many of them have direct experience in business at every level.

Q5 : Will I get any idea of my progress?

Teachers will regularly inform you of your progress. Soon after your arrival, you will begin to feel more confident using your language

Top
Q6 : Are there any official exams I can do at the Centre?

Yes, we do prepare for the DELE examinations.

Top
Q7 : Will I get a certificate?

Yes, providing you attend 80% of the lessons.

Top
Q8 : Do I need to buy a book?

If the course that you are applying for requires a book, this cost will be extra and the price will be on the level.

Top
Q9 : How much homework will I be given?

If you are studying in a group there will be around one hour of homework for each lesson. Any extra study put in between lessons will help you progress more quickly.

Q10 : How do you make sure I'll be put into the right level?

If you are above beginners level, we recommend you take the entrance test on line and also have a chat on the phone with a  teacher.

Top
Q11 : How long will it take to improve my language skills?

The rate of progress varies considerably from person to person and depends on factors like natural aptitude, previous experience of learning, motivation levels and the amount of work put in between lessons. After a course of twenty hours you will feel more confident and equipped with relevant, useful language appropriate to your level.

Q12 : Will the teacher speak any English?

The aim of the training method is to provide as much exposure to the target language as possible, even at low levels. All of our foreign language teachers speak excellent English though and will be happy to translate into English if necessary.
