Additionally we are an award-winning school, the only school in the world to win the 2 most important awards in our industry - the STAR English Language school in Europe award and the British Council ELTon award for Innovation in Language teaching - the ELTon.

Whether it is the teachers or the other staff our aim is the same as yours - to help you to improve your English and make the most of your time with us in London.
We have an average of 130 students in the school learning English- higher in the summer. This is big enough to give a range of classes and also a great social programme and yet small enough for us to be aware of who you are and to work with you if you have any special requests. Classes are small and multinational, our teachers are from a variety of backgrounds and most have been with us for several years. All have appropriate teaching qualifications and many have also taught in other countries. In classes we use a variety of different approaches to teaching and learning, but in everything we do our aim is to help you to communicate in English. Teachers follow a syllabus based on published course books which are adapted and supplemented by additional materials. We make use of technology where it is appropriate, the school is equipped with PCs, wifi and TVs in classrooms and all students have free access to our on-line learning materials while they are in the school learning English, and for a small charge (£25) for one year after the course in London finishes. We are also one of the few English schools in London where you can meet English students - they will be studying one of the other languages we teach.
