Send your application form to UIC with two photographs and a course deposit of £120. If you are also booking accommodation through UIC, send a total deposit of £250. Courses of one or two weeks must be paid in full.
There are four ways to pay:
- Sterling Cheque
Payable to Languages in London Ltd / UIC.
- Credit Card
Please add 3% to your total if you pay this way. Fill in your card details on the application form. We take Visa, Mastercard and debit cards. We do not accept American Express.
- Traveller's Cheques or Eurocheque
These cheques must be in pounds Sterling only. There may be bank charges to pay on some Eurocheques - you can pay these in cash on your first day.

Important:
- Write your name and reference number on the transfer document.
- Add £8 to cover British Bank charges.
- Fax or post a copy of your payment to the college. Please do not forget to include your name and your agency name and reference number. If you do not, we will not know that you have paid.
When we receive your application form and copy of your payment, we will send you a confirmation letter, certificate of enrolment, invoice or receipt and accommodation details, if applicable. You may need to show these documents to immigration officials when you enter the UK.
If you are applying for a visa, it is important that you inform us as soon as you have received your visa so that we can confirm your accommodation.
Please send the balance of your fees two weeks before your course starts.
Please send your airport flight information if you have booked a transfer, or inform your homestay of your arrival time if you are travelling to your accommodation independently.
